Policy

JeiVisuals Photography requires clients to make a 30% upfront deposit of their total amount to book and hold a session date.


If rescheduling is needed, please get in touch with us and we'll respond as soon as we can!

Cancellation and No-Show Notice
Clients who Cancel/Reschedule 5 days or more before a session will not be charged fees for changes.
Cancellation/Rescheduling between 5 days and 48 hours before a session will be charged an additional 15% of the original total.
Cancellation/Rescheduling between 48 hours and up to the time of the session will incur an additional 30% of the original total.
No-shows will be denied refunds on any given payment.

Session Tardiness
If the Photographer is 30 minutes or more late for a session without prior notice, clients will be refunded their original deposit when the session was booked.
At any moment that the Photographer cancels the client's session, the client will be fully refunded and given a single-use 15% discount on their next session or upon rescheduling.
JeiVisuals will not grant a single-use 15% discount if the Photographer cancels 10 days or more before the client session.

Quality Control

JeiVisuals holds high standards for the quality of finished products. Clients will be refunded their total amount paid for said session, excluding the deposit fee when booked, if the final product does not meet JeiVisuals' quality standards, determined by editors or upon request of the client.​

Behavioral and Safety Conduct
JeiVisuals holds the right to refuse service to anyone. 
Behavioral misconduct towards the photographers from the clients, whether it be physical or verbal, will not be tolerated and will be cited by the local authorities, including denying payment for services.


JeiVisuals defines a photographer who cancels a session during the time of the shoot, who feels their safety is in jeopardy or has been jeopardized as a "walk-away."
Walk-away situations will result in clients being fully refunded and given a single-use 15% discount on their next session or upon rescheduling.
